In the midst of my vagabond summer I decided to make the most of my quasi-funemployment and take a quick trip to Chicago to visit a few of my very best friends and attend a traditional Taylor Family Lamb Roast. I had a wonderful time thanks in large part to my gracious and effervescent host, Mara, who welcomed me into her home without having actually met me before. Hilarity ensued and when I returned home I decided to make a few thank you notes in a style fit for a (Carol) Prinze.
